"Cry of the Earth./ By Aranna Hasan Delwar

By Aranna Hasan Delwar

In a world where whispers echo loud,

Nature weeps beneath a warming shroud.

Icebergs sigh in the melting sea,

A tale unfolds of humanity's plea.

Rising tides embrace the shore,

As climate's dance becomes evermore.

Forests burn in relentless flame,

A symphony of crisis, we can't tame.

Carbon footprints scar the earth,

The consequences of our reckless mirth.

Polar bears roam shrinking ice,

A poignant symbol, a dire device.

Deserts expand, devouring land,

A canvas painted by an unseen hand.

Oceans choke on plastic's grip,

A legacy of neglect, a sinking ship.

Majestic creatures gasp for breath,

Facing extinction, a dance with death.

Storms intensify their furious might,

Nature protests, day turns to night.

Yet hope persists in the winds of change,

For in our choices, we rearrange.

Renewable whispers call our name,

A chance to heal, to douse the flame.

Let our actions echo in every breeze,

Preserving the world for centuries.

In the face of climate's relentless plight,

Together we stand, a beacon of light.
